Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Loopdraft, provided by FASKIN CONTROL SYSTEMS ENGINEERING LTD through faskinconvtrol.shop. By creating an account or using the studio you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the AI Disclaimer and the Content License.

2. The service

Loopdraft is online-only software that generates illustrative, reference-only control -engineering documentation and diagrams from information you provide. It is a drafting aid, not a substitute for a competent engineer, and it does not connect to equipment or perform control.

3. Eligibility and minors

You must be able to form a binding contract. The service is not for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance in US dollars (USD) through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan allowances reset each period and do not carry over. There are no credits or stored value.

You authorise recurring charges to your payment method. Prices exclude any taxes, which may be added where required. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must use Loopdraft lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not submit outputs as final certified drawings, rely on them for safety-critical systems without independent competent-engineer verification, or upload classified or export-controlled material without authorisation.

6. Intellectual property and your content

We and our licensors own the Loopdraft software, brand and templates. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the documents you generate, and grant us the limited licence described in the Content License to process them and operate the service.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Outputs are illustrative and reference-only as set out in the AI Disclaimer; you are responsible for competent review before any engineering use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from use of an unreviewed output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature survive will continue to apply.

10. Governing law and contact
