Are these credits or a stored balance?
No. Every plan is a subscription with a monthly allowance of documents and diagrams. There are no credit packs and no stored value. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over.
What currency am I billed in?
All plans are billed in US dollars (USD) through Stripe Checkout. Billing address is collected at checkout.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal; access continues to the end of the current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Do you use my inputs to train models?
No. Your loop descriptions, tags and generated outputs are not used to train models. See the Privacy Policy for input, output and retention handling.
