Common questions
How do I export my documents?
Generate a document in the studio, then use Export Markdown or Export JSON. Studio-plan subscribers can also produce a Sequence-of-Operations video explainer.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Billing is handled by Stripe. Use the customer portal link from your receipt to update payment details or cancel; access runs to the end of the current period.
Can I rely on a diagram for construction?
No. Every diagram and document is an illustrative, reference-only draft and must be reviewed by a competent engineer before any design, construction or compliance use.
Do you store my loop descriptions?
Inputs and outputs are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Content License. We do not use your inputs to train models.
