Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy keeps Loopdraft safe and lawful for everyone. It applies to all use of the studio and forms part of the Terms of Service.

Engineering-safety rules

• Do not submit Loopdraft outputs as final, certified or stamped engineering drawings.
• Do not rely on outputs for safety-critical or safety-related systems without independent verification by a competent, qualified engineer.
• Do not treat outputs as a functional-safety (SIL) assessment or as compliance evidence for any standard.
• Always reconcile symbols, tags, ranges and interlocks with your applicable standards and the actual site before use.

Content and confidentiality rules

• Do not upload classified, secret or export-controlled third-party drawings or data without authorisation.
• Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property or confidentiality obligations you owe to others.
• Do not enter personal data about others without a lawful basis.

Prohibited conduct

• No unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive use.
• No attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, or access data you are not authorised to access.
• No automated scraping or reverse engineering beyond what the law permits.
• No use to build a competing dataset from the service or to resell outputs as certified deliverables.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy. Report misuse to support@faskinconvtrol.shop.
